Should drinkable water be bought and sold
like any other commodity/good resource?

Use YOUR knowledge of methods to clean dirty/foul water, the natural purification of water through the hydrological cycle, run-off, groundwater and aquifers, current practices of purchasing bottles water and paying a “water-bill” for city water. Recall the movie “BLUE GOLD” that showed examples of public mismanagement, bribery of government officials as well as goals of multinational corporation. Some additional web sites are found below.
